Welcomes to Laguna. The drive to my night job is amazing. It reminds me a lot of the province in the Philippines.. but the roads are not as wide and a bunch of other different things.. haha.. but the greenery is what im suggesting is like the motherland. well not the motherlands city cause thats just.. a no no...

I had a little bit of extra time since i came into work early (rarely happens).. I saw a few things that makes Sapphires so different from other places. It has so much history, diversity, whatever extra ordinary word you can think of. And to be honest.. i feel blessed to be working at Sapphires. Of course there are snobby ass mofawkers that come in.. but the beauty of it is .. you can just smile them off and they will eventually give in : )
theres so much more.. and yes everything is connected and affiliated with Sapphires Laguna :)
Piece of advice:
If you wanna take someone special somewhere you know you'll get major brownie points after... folks, this is the spot!! it shouts romantic, good taste, blah blah..or if you just feel you earned yourself a delightful treat, come and visit us.. it'll be worth every penny. It is a bit pricey but the experience is wonderful. Come for dinner and watch the sun set or lunch and enjoy laguna beach weather.. the beach is seriously right down the street..

with that said.. the rest of my day was a bit exhausting. Training isn't so bad but i did get off at 9.. leaving me with no time to cook but since i am me.. i do it anyways and i ended up sleeping at 2am..eating is just.. wonderful LOL. and i gotta get my grub on.. i only had time to make onion rings(drive-thru style), tuna sandwich, and funnel cakes with fresh straberry toppings.i'm a small girl but i've got an appetite of a giant.
now.. what's for todays lunch???
